Six years ago I began this blog, I had no clear idea what it would be, it would be whatever it is whenever it was. There have been times I found myself chasing my tail, reworking published posts while creating new material (the issue era). There was the year and a bit when the blog was encased in carbonite.
I'm not going to do any reminiscing about that, however, I'm just going to post the collected sketches from this year.
I've resized and arranged them to be a sketchbook, hence the first picture below, and it's a sketchbook in terms of it being a selection of (most of) the sketches from the year so far arranged in a book style. Seems obvious as a description, although it's not an artist's sketchbook in the traditional sense.
Regardless, this is getting me nowhere, and you don't really want to read a boring paragraph, so I shall say finally that not all of these are sketches. Some are, some are drawings, some are the pencil underlays for (faux) paintings, some are reworked drawings, they're presented in a non-chronological fashion due to it being more varied (Linear is boring).
Anyways, Sketchbook 2026...
